    No, there's really nothing dirty about it. Its a first person account of elementary school and a little girl names Cynthia Rose who's different then the rest (ie-creative) cuz she wears different color socks and she carries butterscotch clouds in her lunchbox.

    "Butterscotch Clouds" is slang for a diaphragm, and I don't have to tell you what her "lunchbox" represents. Not to mention the "side order of ham".
