my brother played this in 5th grade on the saxophone. he never could get the 'dead' high note. i would go to sleep listening to it over and over and over.
I have a totally clear memory of riding home from a family swim at the YMCA in the rain and this song coming on and being AMAZED at the esp of the radio. Turns out the local DJ's probably saw it was raining and played it. Still, it made me LOVE this song even more.

This is my dad's favorite song. I remember him whistling it when I was little and it would come on the radio in the car.
and...we did play it at Uke Aquatica-Me, Tony, and QD.
Thats no reason not to play it again!
What!? How did I miss that performance? Was I passed out? I would like to request a command performance of that song on my birthday.
Diva - if, no, WHEN you play this song, can I be one of your backup dancers?

i mean 'red.'
I like dead better. Save it for when Bacharach kicks it.
