My favorite piece of trivia about Alexander Haig is not that he tried to pretend he was in charge after Reagan was shot, but that on the VHS copy of Red Dawn I rented in the 90's, his quote was on the back:

"This is one of the most realistic and provocative films that I have ever seen."
