Quote is totally true, and he's saying exactly what it seems: he actually believes that Clinton/Obama are "giving in" to the "terreristssts" by wanting to pull even a single soldier out of Iraq, and is fanning that shitflame as high as he can.
He is also correct that his fan's highest setting is only reachable by quitting, as is his highest level of douchebaggery.
